We just wanted to let you know what a truly fantastic experience we had in finding our dream property in Spain with Emma Paterson, in less than a week.   Emma was professional, considerate, understanding and patient with us at all times, exactly what we needed.   When we first met Emma, we thought we knew exactly what we wanted and where, having carried out our own research during previous visits. However, having spent a few hours with Emma and then driving us around and explaining the several pro’s and con’s of our chosen areas and then taking us back to the office to run through our list of viewings, we had to re-consider. Emma took the time to talk with us, understand us and our desired lifestyle in Spain, which enabled her to better advise us in our property search. Such was the detail of the knowledge that Emma has of all Areas, Urbanizations, Apartments, Communities and general living in Spain, it was both very informative and priceless information.   So, with Emma’s guidance we set about tweaking the criteria slightly, but significant in terms of logistics, beneficial use and enjoyment of the property and community. Emma swiftly arranged for some further viewings and continued to do so through the week, as and when an appropriate property was found. During our week, Emma became our chauffeur, adviser, guide, confidante, lunch companion and above all a friend.   Literally, nothing at all was too much trouble for Emma, everything she did for us was with considered sentiment, care and a good splash of humour in the right places, delivered with a beaming welcoming smile.   Once we had agreed the price, Emma arranged for everything else we needed; Lawyer, Notary, property checks, etc., etc., and the high level of service did not stop once we left Spain. Emma is in constant contact and responded to our many emails, phone calls and WhatsApp messages, instantly, right through to completion a month later and still beyond.   With Emma, we felt we got that special added value. We were unable to be in Spain for the purchase completion, so Emma actually arranged for changing the locks and holding the keys, setting up the alarm and security system, minor works, delivery of household goods and even offered to take us to the airport, just exceptional after sales service.   With the buying process in Spain being quite different to the UK, we actually didn’t appreciate how much help and advice we would need, but Emma was there every step of the way providing the guidance, answers to our questions and reassurance that we needed.   If anyone is serious about buying a property in Spain, we would highly recommend that they choose Emma to ensure they get the very best attention and achieve their dream too.   A truly delightful and rewarding experience.   Bromley Estates have secured the “jewel in the crown” of Estate Agents in Spain with Emma Paterson.

Simply, the nicest experience since we arrived to Costa del Sol! We came from Canada and had most of our belongings shipped after we left the country. After weeks of search with our first agent we started loosing confidence. Taryn, our second agent was very patient,super helpful , understanding and she did not give up on us even though we were out with her every day , for weeks .After we found our home , she helped us to get the right price and a quick move in date, since our shipping container was ready for delivery .
